RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


ANCIENT HEALTH CARE offers a full 30 day – 100% Satisfaction guarantee on our supplements.

Here’s how it works:

(a) Customer must contact Ancient Health Care at support[at}deeporigins.com within 30 days from purchase date in order to obtain a returns authorization number. Packages marked “Return to Sender” or that do not have an RMA number written on outside will be returned to you.

(b) Customer must send back product, subject to a disposal/restocking fee. The refund will not be issued until we have received the return.

(c) Customer is responsible for shipping costs for sending products back to Ancient Health Care to the address below marked “Attn: Returns department”

(d) If any bottles are missing, these will not be refunded.

(e) If any bottles are open, each will be subject to a 25% disposal/restocking fee.

(f) Customer must have contacted us prior to return for an RMA number.

(g) After 30 days all sales are final.


To serve you and other customers better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers.

The terms of this policy may change from time to time. If such changes are made, we will notify you by a notice posted on our website’s home page of the changes that have been made. If you disagree with the changes that have been made, please contact us (by e-mail, using a website contact form, or in writing by mail), and any changes made to this policy will not apply to information we have collected from you prior to making the changes.
