(a) Customer must contact Ancient Health Care at support[at} within 30 days from purchase date in order to obtain a returns authorization number. Packages marked “Return to Sender” or that do not have an RMA number written on outside will be returned to you.

(b) Customer must send back product, subject to a disposal/restocking fee. The refund will not be issued until we have received the return.

(c) Customer is responsible for shipping costs for sending products back to Ancient Health Care to the address below marked “Attn: Returns department”

(d) If any bottles are missing, these will not be refunded.

(e) If any bottles are open, each will be subject to a 25% disposal/restocking fee.

(f) Customer must have contacted us prior to return for an RMA number.

(g) After 30 days all sales are final.
