Also known as clarified butter, ghee is formed when butter is boiled and the milk solids are removed, leaving a concentrated residue of pure fats. Like butter, it can be dangerous to your health if consumed in large quantities because of the high concentration of fat, but in small quantities it can do wonders.Â
